Things to do for yourself on Valentine's Day
For most people, Valentine's Day is a day for celebrating the love you share for someone. It could be your partner, your spouse, your children, whoever matters the most in your life.
Most of the social media world actually focus on the relationship side of Valentine's Day. However everyone's not coupled up, and rather then feeling resentful over the day maybe you need a fresh perspective. If you happen to not have a boo, or bae this year why not use it as a day to love yourself.
If you're already showing yourself love, that's great but use Valentine's Day to celebrate that commitment. In other words: Treat Your Self

4 Things You Can Do For Yourself on Valentine's Day
Have a DIY Spa Day: If you don't have any special plans for Valentine's Day a DIY Spa might be just what you need. Some things you can try: Turn on some relaxing music, light some candles, Get some essential oils and create a foot soak, or better yet grab some bath bombs for a full body soak instead. Get creative! Showing love to your body is a great way treat yourself.
Staying Inside? Binge on Romance: If you're not interested in dealing with the long wait times out, stay in and binge! Aren't sure what you're in the mood to watch? Then be sure to check out my list of tv shows and movies you should check out. The only requirement for this activity is an active streaming service. If you don't want to pay for a streaming service, then you can download CRACKLE for FREE. Although their library is limited, it is constantly changing!
Get Cozy with Words and Tea: Grab a cup of some hot tea, and crack open the book that's on your reading list. If you don't have a book handy, there's a lot of FREE book apps out there. My personal favorites are: iBooks, Amazon Kindle, and Audible. Don't feel like actually reading a book? Then Audible is a great app for that. You can listen to your book AND get cozy on Valentine's Day.
Reflect on Your Relationship with Yourself: Being alone or not in a relationship on Valentine's Day is not the end of the world. If you find yourself feeling bummed out about this factor, think about your own relationship with yourself. What are some of the things that come to mind when you think about yourself?
