Dave Chapelle

Dave Chapelle is one of my all-time favorite comedians, and the funniest man alive. It was dope to see him win a Grammy for Best Comedy Album. It was also great to see Chapelle representing 'the culture', that was a well deserved win.

The Weekend

I admit to being surprised, but The Weekend definitely "earned it". This talented artist took home a GRAMMY for Best Urban Contemporary Album (Starboy); I can't lie, I was really rooting for SZA to win, but hey there is always next year. Congratulations are definitely still in order.

Alessia Cara

Best New Artist; Again I feel happy disappointment. Congratulations are in order for Alessia, however, I was rooting for Khalid or SZA.
